At Bedroom Studio, we have a relaxed vibe with a cinematic style. Our approach to wedding cinematography is focused on you enjoying your day. It’s low-key, fun, and unobtrusive. Weddings might be our day jobs, but we never get tired of being invited to be a part of your special day and getting to create epic wedding videos. We also love to bring the banter and laughs on the day.

As a boutique wedding cinematography and photography collective, we can offer you amazing customer service, talented wedding videographers and stunning 4K Ultra HD wedding videos that are edited in-house by our skilled postproduction team.

    Our resident cinematographers have been filming cinematic wedding videos for 9 years and have filmed over 1000 weddings.. Our experience means we are ready for anything you can throw at us and know what it takes to shoot amazing cinematic wedding videos. This means you get a fantastic wedding video covering all the shots you wanted and some you didn’t even realise you needed.

  • Cinema Quality

    We use professional digital 35mm cameras to capture cinematic 4k Ultra HD wedding videos as well as wireless lapel microphones and professional audio recorders to capture clear, crisp sound. Working as a collective means we have our own in-house postproduction team that works tirelessly to ensure your final video is everything you hoped for and then some. Ashley, our Video Editor has been part of our team since the beginning and will ensure you get a cinematic wedding film you fall in love with and watch again and again.

  • Carbon Positive

    We plant two trees for every wedding we shoot. One for you and one for your partner. Planting new native trees reduces carbon in the atmosphere and theoretically cancels out the carbon emissions that result from being in business (driving to weddings, running our computers etc.). This more than offsets our carbon emissions making us a carbon positive company, so the more weddings we are able to do the more we can help the environment. We currently are planting over 200 trees a year for our newlyweds!

  • Licensed Music

    We worry about copyright infringement so that you don't have to! As part of the editing process, our editors select licensed music from our catalogue to suit your video. This means that you can post your videos wherever you like online without them being taken down or muted.

  • Morning Preparations

    This includes the bride and bridal party getting ready and having their makeup done.

    Our all-day packages also include an optional 5-minute interview with the bride and groom that is used to help shape the narrative of the video. We also offer an alternative style where the Bride and Groom read out letters that they have written for each other.

  • Ceremony + Photoshoot

    This includes the entire ceremony filmed on 2-4 cameras depending on what the location requires. We use professional wireless lapel microphones so that sound is crisp and clear.

    We also cover your photoshoot with video, which is a great opportunity to get some fun cinematic shots for your highlight video.

  • Reception

    We can cover the entire reception including:

  • Feature Edit

    A Feature Edit is an 8-10 minute, cinematically edited film. It showcases all of the best moments of your day. It is set to licensed music that suits the vibe of your day!

  • Highlight Edit

    The Highlight Edit is a mini version of a Feature Edit. It runs for approximately 2-5 minutes and is a great way to share your day with guests that cannot make it.

  • Full-length Edits

    Full-Length Edits are real-time versions of the ceremony, speeches, dancing, or other special moments. They use natural audio from the day instead of licensed music.
